Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the firmflowapp.com website and its associated subdomains operated by FirmFlow APP ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, law firms, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
1. Subscriptions and Free Trials
We offer the Service on a subscription basis ("Subscriptions"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). FirmFlow APP may offer you a subscription with a free trial for a limited period ("Free Trial"). You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial. If you do not cancel before the Free Trial period expires, you will be automatically billed the applicable subscription fees.
2. Usage Limits and Overages
Different subscription tiers include varying allocations of leads, SMS messages, and AI responses per billing cycle. We implement "soft limits," meaning that if you exceed your generous allocation, we will not drop or block leads attempting to contact your firm. Instead, usage exceeding your plan's included tier will be billed at a modest per-unit overage rate at the end of your billing cycle. You will be notified in-app prior to incurring substantial overages.
3. No Legal Advice & No Attorney-Client Relationship
FirmFlow APP provides communication, intake, and lead automation tools intended solely for legal professionals. FirmFlow APP is not a law firm. Nothing on our website or generated by our AI chat systems constitutes legal advice, nor does creating an account or interacting with our tools form an attorney-client relationship. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the ethical rules and bar association requirements of your jurisdiction.
4. Acceptable Use and Spam
You agree not to use the Service in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful. As a provider of lead capture tools, we deploy proactive measures like Cloudflare Turnstile and strict API rate limiting to mitigate spam and automated abuse. Attempting to bypass these protections, misuse our APIs, or intentionally feed spam into the AI chat interface will result in immediate termination of your account.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by you), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FirmFlow APP and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of FirmFlow APP.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FirmFlow APP, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; and (iii) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or cancel your subscription via the dashboard.
